Under Edit => Preferences => Composer fill out the screen as shown substituting your
username where you see the word username.
Now when you push the Publish button, it will bring up the following screen below. You should enter
your username and password in those fields and click on 'Save password' so you don't have to type it
in all the time.
And that's all there is to it! You now have a Web Page located at:
http://www.perigee.net/~username/mypage.html
You should name your main page index.html or index.htm. The file named index.html loads automatically when no page name is given. For example, if my main page was called index.html or index.htm and my username was johndoe, my address would be:
http://www.perigee.net/~johndoe
If I had a page called john.htm, that address would be:
http://www.perigee.net/~johndoe/john.htm
