The 2002 trip for NewSong Christian Fellowship was a great success and to God be the glory!  The highlight was that an orphanage was started in the village of Kamphambe about an hour south-ish of the capitol city of Lilongwe.  David Nixon and Marvin Tarlton are retuning in November (2002) to over see the completion and begin building dormitories.   The number of orphans grows steadily.  The local church leader, Jackson, anad his wife Mary will oversee the running of the facility nder the leadership of Pastor Glen Mittawa from Lilongwe.

These kids need your help!  Wanta make a difference?  For info on how you can help email us at:

Pastor Glen Mittawa leads the area's RLF churches, the central one being in Area 25 of Lilongwe, meeting in a local school.   Others are located in Kasungu, Lizulu, and places that I can't remember much less pronounce!    None of these congregation has a building.  They meet under trees or in homes.  The Nsinja church will be the first to have thier own building, as the orphanage doubles as a church on Sunday's.     Even though each of these churches has a pastor, Pastor Mittawa faithfully oversees each of them.
