Captaris Right Fax – Fax Server Cluster Solution for 6500 Users - Designed, Capacity Planning, Ordered, Implementation, On-going Support, Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Development and Implementation, Security, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance – In addition, later merged this system with another system, saving the bank $445,000 per year in phone expenses alone, not including paper, toner, and manpower. Saved Wachovia Expense of having to create over 100 jobs

Retail Mortgage Division

Daily responsibilities include hardware and operating system support of 3000 Windows based servers, including security remediation, design of business continuity plans, disaster recovery systems, business customer support, technical documentation of applications and interfaces with all systems including data flow charting and process flow charting. Responsibilities also include predictive analysis of system requirements for applications and hardware and Right Fax System. Light work on Windows Active Directory,

Commercial Lending Division

Responsibilities included hardware and software support for Centralized Banking Services (CBS) project. The CBS software is a database allowing field bankers to give better service to large clientele. Items supported and installed were Novell NetWare and Microsoft Windows NT servers and workstations, SNA server and client, Windows 95, and Citrix Metaframe. System consisted of 90 farmed Citrix servers support 5000 users each load balanced supporting approximately 30 people connection over a nationwide WAN.
